Yes — we build what’s called a phone menu for that. You just tell us what options you want, and we’ll program the system to route the calls the right way.

Absolutely. That’s called a Ring Group. We can set it so a bunch of phones ring together and the first person to answer takes the call.

We can give different types of calls their own ringtone. That way, you’ll know if it’s a customer, a co-worker, or a transferred call just by the sound.

Instead of Line 1, 2, 3, we now use something called Call Park. You ‘park’ the call, and anyone in the office can pick it up from any phone. It works better and is easier to manage.

Great! We can give you a button on your phone to ‘grab’ a call when you hear it ringing. You’re not part of the group, but you can still help out anytime.

Yes, we can record calls — and it’s included in your plan. You can listen to or download them from your portal anytime in the last six months.

Each phone has lights next to other team members’ names. Green means they’re available, red means they’re on a call or set to ‘do not disturb.’ Super easy.

That’s a Call Queue. We’ll set it so callers hear a message and wait their turn. It keeps things organized when you’re busy.

You can pick between automatic hours or a manual switch. Some folks like the phone to follow a schedule; others prefer pressing a button to open or close the lines.

We set up a backup called Failover. If anything goes down, your calls can automatically reroute to a cell phone, answering service, or voicemail — whatever works best.
